Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed after we received your product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not return your purchase directly to us without contacting our team first.

There are some situations where only a partial refund is granted: (where applicable)

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that has some missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUND:

  • Any personalized item is non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged (Examples: Jerseys with flocking or Retro Vintage jersey).
  • Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
  • If your application is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

  • If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
  • Then contact the credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

SALE ITEM:

Only items with regular prices can be refunded. Unfortunately, reduced items are not refundable.

GIFTS:

  • If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and it was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item has not been identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to first receive the item for you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you have returned the item.

RETURNS AND SHIPPING:

  • The return is not free, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable as are the initial delivery charges. If you receive a refund, the initial delivery charge will be deducted from it.
  • Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item worth more than 75 $, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or take out delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.

SIZE EXCHANGE:

  • Size exchange is available provided the item (s) are not used and the tags are still attached.
  • The size exchange request can only be made within 14 days of the delivery date of your order.
  • The reason for the exchange and the desired size must be included when contacting our customer service.
  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (return and re-shipment) and returns will be accepted only after confirmation of exchange by Athlexpert team.
